Als Erstes wurde der Artikel in einer falschen Farbe geliefert. Nicht weiter schlimm, kann mal passieren. Rasche schriftliche Reaktion auf Reklamation, aber seit einer Woche warte ich auf die Korrektur und auf wiederholte Nachfragen geschieht nichts. Leider handelt es sich auch noch um ein Geburtstagsgeschenk, das hiermit ins Wasser fällt.
