Have not received item yet. It says it was shipped 12/27/25. It is now 1/22/26 and it still says it's in pre transit with Deutch post. I contacted the seller requesting a replacement on multiple occasions to which she told me to be patient. Then she said it's been handed to DHL in the US and that*I* should contact DHL in my country. There's no way for me to do that since the only tracking # I have is with Deuche post. And if she can see that it's been handed over to DHL and I can't, why can't she be a little more helpful. I've paid for this item and I'd like to receive it. If she can't send a replacement, which I prefer, then I'd like to get my money back.
